Sarasota Sailors Baseball

SARASOTA, Fla. – Jordan Gubelman, a 6-4 right-handed pitcher, led eight Sarasota Sailor signees. Gubelman is bound for the University of North Carolina. He also considered the likes of Florida, Florida State and UCF before deciding on the Tar Heels.

 

“We took a tour of Chapel Hill when Jordan was 12-years-old,” said Raymond Gubelman, one of many proud parents on hand for the signings around the area. “He’s been in love with the place ever since.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sarasota’s Cody Brickhouse signed on to play baseball at Chipola State College in Marianna, and teammates Skylar Frey will attend Polk State College and Shelly Banks is headed for Tallahassee Community College.
